Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Reels on Real Estate! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our video editing services, including packaged deals, subscription services, animated GIFs, logos, and agent overlays. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

1. Services Provided

  • Reels on Real Estate ("we," "us," "our") offers video editing services, including:

    • Custom video editing for real estate listings.

    • Packaged video deals and subscription plans.

    • Animated GIF creation.

    • Custom logos and branding design.

    • Realtor agent overlays and graphic additions to videos.

    • ​

  • The scope of each service will be defined at the time of purchase and may vary based on the selected package.

 

2. Submission of Video Editing Requests

Clients may submit one video editing request at a time, and each request must pertain to a single property. Only one video will be created per property per client. If additional videos are required for the same property, each must be submitted as a new request. If other realtors wish to have a video of the same property, they may also submit their own separate requests for video editing services.

3. Payment and Fees

  • All payments are due upfront upon purchase of any service, package, or subscription plan.

  • Pricing for each service is outlined on our website or in any specific quote provided.

  • Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable. Subscription plans may include a specific number of videos or unlimited video services based on the terms of the plan.

  • Additional services or videos beyond the package limits will incur additional charges, as outlined in the package details.

  • Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but existing subscription clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Packaged Deals: Refunds for packaged deals (e.g., 3-video or 10-video packages) are only available within 7 days of purchase if no services have been rendered.

  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions are non-refundable once editing services have begun. If a client wishes to cancel a subscription, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Custom Services (e.g., Animated GIFs, Logos, Overlays): Due to the personalized nature of these services, all sales are final once the design process has begun.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund provided for any unfulfilled services.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Content Submission: Clients must provide all required photos, videos, and any other content necessary for editing. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content provided is their own or that they have the legal right to use it.

  • Approval and Revisions: Clients will have the opportunity to review the initial drafts of their videos, GIFs, or logos and request revisions within the scope of the package or subscription. Revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.

  • Timeliness: Clients are expected to provide feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays in the delivery of services.

 

6. Delivery and Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times for each project will be provided upon receipt of the content and payment. Standard turnaround times are typically [e.g., 48-72 hours] unless otherwise stated.

  • Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

  • Final deliverables will be provided in a digital format via email or a designated online transfer service.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Client Content: All photos, videos, and content provided by clients remain the property of the client. By providing content, clients grant us the right to use, modify, and edit the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

  • Created Works: All video edits, logos, GIFs, and overlays created by Reels on Real Estate remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Use for Promotion: We reserve the right to use samples of the work created (e.g., video clips, GIFs, logos) for our portfolio or promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Reels on Real Estate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for how the final video, logo, or design is used and acknowledge that we do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the deliverables (e.g., increased sales or client engagement).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or timely feedback.

 

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share, sell, or distribute any photos, videos, or other content provided for editing, except as required to fulfill the services or as permitted under these Terms.

  • Any sensitive information shared during the course of our work will be kept confidential.

 

10. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to ensure compliance.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Bell County, Texas.
